These Hot Air Balloon Rides Really Are Something. But You Need A Nice Wallet To Go On One!

I remember when I was a kid loving the annual hot air balloon festival down by where we used to live. There was something mesmerizing about them, the way these giants just floated on by.

Its weird, but they used to impress me more than airplanes when I was growing up.

Sometimes they would often get really close to our house and once one even landed in the back field. We all ran out to get a closer look.

The local council stopped the event after many years probably for some minor reason – as they always seem to do to good things. Now the chance of catching one where we are is few and far between. I will definitely have some of these spectacular rides on my bucket list, and I am sure they are going to be on yours too after checking this out.

Although before you start packing your bags, these trips due to their nature come with high ticket pricetags.

Try a cool $595 per hour for a flight across the Serengeti Plains for example.

Anyway – check out this awesome list.
